Is this a recurring monthly or yearly subscription?

The product price is a one-time fee. Your license will never expire, and you will never be rebilled.

Please note, however, that the price doesn’t include an online shape library that lets you store shapes on the PowerMockup servers and share them with others. Pricing for this optional feature starts at $9.99 per month for five users.

What does “Free Updates” mean?

Updates within the same major version (for example, from 4.0 to 4.1) are always free. Upgrades between major versions (for example, from 4.x to 5.x) typically involve a fee.

How does the money back guarantee work?

If you are not fully satisfied with PowerMockup within the first 30 days after your purchase, just drop us an email, and we will refund your money.

Am I allowed to install my PowerMockup copy on more than one computer?

A single license allows you to install and use PowerMockup on up to two different computers, provided you are the sole user of the program on those computers.

How can I upgrade to version 4?

If you have purchased a PowerMockup 3 license after October 1, 2014, the upgrade is free of charge—your license code remains valid and you simply have to install the new version. Otherwise, you may buy an upgrade for 50% off. See here for more details.
